Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Our formulas are vegan unless stated otherwise on the product page, and we do not test on animals.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many are — our Sensitive Skin Face & Body Cleanser is specifically formulated for redness-prone skin and is dermatologically tested. Check each product page for skin-type guidance, and always patch test new products.

How should I use the Glycolic Acid Toner?

Start 2–3 evenings a week on clean skin, avoiding the eye area, and always wear SPF the following morning. Do not combine with other strong exfoliants on the same night.

How long do products last once opened?

Check the PAO (period-after-opening) symbol on each product — typically 6–12 months. Store away from direct sunlight and heat.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the UK, the European Union and selected international destinations including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Japan and Singapore. Options and costs are shown at checkout — see our Shipping Policy for details.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch; EU 5–10; international 7–14. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Will I pay customs charges?

Orders outside the UK may incur import duties or taxes set by your country — these are the customer's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to amend or cancel it.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened skincare unless faulty. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry! Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
