These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LÓUV SKIN website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

LÓUV SKIN is a United Kingdom-based retailer of skincare, body care and home fragrance products. Contact: mazalnco@hotmail.com.

2. Orders & contract

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement, not acceptance — a contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues); if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if a clear pricing error occurs we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Product use & safety

Our products are for external cosmetic use only. Always read the label and directions before use, and patch test new products. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product information on this site is not medical advice — if you have a skin condition, allergy or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep candles away from children, pets and flammable materials, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the LÓUV SKIN name, branding, images and text — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses — we supply products for private use only.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
