Refund Policy

We want you to love your LÓUV SKIN order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare and body care products unless they are faulty.

Your statutory rights (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if products are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

How to start a return

Email us at mazalnco@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded for cancelled orders returned in full within the statutory cancellation period (standard delivery cost only). Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any postage costs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
