Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, European Union and selected international destinations including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Japan, Singapore and more. Available options and exact costs are shown at checkout.

Processing times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods such as launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if so.

Delivery times & costs

  • UK Standard — £4.99 (free over the threshold shown at checkout), typically 2–4 working days from dispatch
  • UK Express — £6.99
  • EU Standard — £14.99, typically 5–10 working days
  • International Standard — £23.99, typically 7–14 working days

Customs & import duties (international orders)

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delays & lost parcels

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier or customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK) or 21 working days (international), contact us at mazalnco@hotmail.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help.
